Anti inflammatory medication will help — but she is probably already taking something for that. If not, Advil or Motrin are good over the counter medications.

Supplements such as Osteo BiFlex helps rebuild cartilage in the knees … it takes time, but does help.

I would suggest the product that I take, liquid glucosamine and for more information, I found this website that gives a lot of info. I suggested this to a family member with knee pain and it really helps her. This is the best thing that ever happened to her and she swears by it. Take a look.

I have heard that anti-inflammatory meds will help. If can’t take meds, try actipatch. Also see a doctor- she may need knee replacements. It is difficult to say without more information- her age, weight, activity level, etc….see a doctor!
