As you can see, provided you grown the wheatgrass in the right conditions, you won't need to buy expensive vitamin supplements. The right conditions being :organic wheat grass seed grown in trays filled with soil obtained from an uncontaminated source, space the seeds out in the tray to allow for healthy growth to take place, and to minimize, or better still eliminate completely the chance of mouldy seeds, for if this happens you would not have a healthy plant, most decidedly the opposite.
